  • Custom copper roof installation for the home’s concrete and steel-reinforced elliptical dome
  • Designed, fabricated, and installed custom diamond-shaped flat seam copper panels from the outside edges of the dome’s skylight to the roof’s edge in a radiating swirl pattern to match the floor pattern inside the dome
  • Finished roof is made up of about 1,700 diamond-shaped pieces of copper
  • Carpenter’s Roofing won the 2011 NRCA Gold Circle Award for Innovative Solutions-New Construction for this project
