• Mediterranean-style subtropical home centered around a traditional courtyard, designed with an emphasis on timeless authenticity
• Roof constructed of green glazed clay tiles with flat pans and barrel caps to create a distinctive Old World character
• Exterior features include stucco walls with recessed limestone detailing, painted wood windows, and limed cypress rafter tails to complement the roof design
• All stone elements were crafted from natural stone, not cast stone, to ensure durability and authenticity
• Recognized for architectural excellence with the 2015 Addison Mizner Award and the 2019 Stanford White Award
