• Spanish/Italian/Mediterranean-style waterfront home built in 2002
• Replaced aging cement roof with custom-designed terra-cotta clay tile system
• New roof features Ludowici Scandia clay tiles with a distinctive, gentle wave pattern, inspired by northern European clay roof designs
• Wave design chosen as a visual nod to the ocean located directly behind the home
• Custom tile color created using a “two-spray” process: full gloss burgundy application with light gloss gold spotted for added depth and movement
• Unique design never before used in the Palm Beach area, creating a one-of-a-kind finish
• Special “button eave” feature incorporated to enhance dimension and visual detail along the roofline
• Project completed in collaboration with Sloane Construction Company of Palm Beach County, Inc.
